    Description: Are you an associate degree early childhood teacher educator feeling isolated or misunderstood in your department? You're not alone. Our work is unique, and it's time to come together to make it visible and get the support we need.

    Join us for a virtual hour of collaborative reflective practice:

    • Connect with peers who understand the challenges and joys of our work.
    • Articulate our day-to-day realities so we can better advocate for our needs.
    • Formulate actionable strategies to secure the resources and recognition we deserve.

    Please join us to kick-off Fall 2025 with a special event! This event is available for ACCESS members only. 

    The first half hour will be lead by ACCESS Board Members to share exciting things happening at ACCESS, with opportunities for member input. 

    During the last  hour, we will be joined by Escape Adulthood for an engaging session to help us recharge and have a little fun! 

    Description: Adultitis is an epidemic that can infiltrate even the best working environments, producing stress and instigating burnout. Left unchecked, Adultitis will eat your productivity, teamwork, and morale alive. Surrendering need not be an option, however. In this light-hearted but hard-hitting program, Jason and Kim will arm you with the fresh perspective you need to revitalize your passion for making a difference amidst the burden to do more with less. They will provide witty observations, humorous anecdotes, and real-world techniques that will entertain and inspire you to reclaim your passion and create a better harmony between work and home. You'll learn easy, practical tips for bringing more fun and less stress to the job at hand, contributing to a workplace that’s more positive, enjoyable, and engaging for yourself AND those you serve. Adultitis may be a formidable foe, but Jason and Kim can help you annihilate it.

Instead of focusing on problems, we will share innovative solutions to build a more resilient and well-supported workforce.
